Breakfast made easy and yummy

Our mission is to help everyone get a little more fruit and vegetables into their diets.

 

We've made it really easy for you to do that with our smoothie mixes (available at www.superbsmoothies.com/shop). If you would prefer to make it yourself, here are the recipes. Don't be tempted to use almost-rotten fruit and vegetables, the nutrition and taste of your smoothie will suffer.

 

FINE FETTLE - Strawberries and bananas

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

1 medium banana (peeled)

10 strawberries (hulled)

250ml of liquid

Ice (optional)

 

Method:

Please everything into your blender and blend until smooth

 

ENJOY

 

TIP TOP - Mango, kiwi, spinach and chia seeds

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

1 medium mango (peeled and stone removed)

2 kiwis (peeled)

1 cup of spinach (washed)

5g of chia seeds

250ml of liquid

Ice (optional)

 

Method:

Please everything into your blender and blend until smooth

 

ENJOY

 

GO GETTER - Banana, blueberry, spinach, oats and chia seeds

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

2/3 medium banana (peeled)

1/3 cup of blueberries (washed)

1 cup of spinach (washed)

5g of chia seeds

Some oats

250ml of liquid

Ice (optional)

SWEET SPOT - Mango, pineapple and chia seeds

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

2/3 medium mango (peeled and stone removed)

1/4 of a medium pineapple (peeled)

5g of chia seeds

250ml of liquid

Ice (optional)

 

Method:

Please everything into your blender and blend until smooth
